We are launching an International Mech Sports League! The events will put world class athletes in head-to-head races through complex technical obstacle courses in our electric-powered off road mech suits. These “racing mechs” will have no autonomy or gyro-stabilization and will rely entirely on the skill and training of the pilots inside them to move. Imagine extreme parkour in giant mech suits!
By combining cutting edge mech technology and the long-running practice of sports and competition, we are expanding the scope of human experience, and creating a context where both technology and human skill can compound on the strength of each other. Our vision for mech racing is more than just mind-blowing machines and world-class athletes. It is a reminder that in a world increasingly dominated by automation and virtual experiences, there is still a place where humans are in control and our technology is simply there to help us reach new heights.

A new kind of sport that pushes the limits of human achievement

This vision is the culmination of more than a decade of work by creator Jonathan Tippett and his huge team of volunteers at the eatART Foundation. With extensive support from academic partners like The University of British Columbia and countless industry supporters, Tippett and his team were finally able to complete Prosthesis in early 2017. Exosapien Technologies continues to develop the technology and build the new sport of mech racing.
